Digital Submission
Digital submissions are accepted August 18 through November 30, 2026.
For artists with developmental disabilities; diagnosis details and medical records are not required. Use the official form or submit the same information by email without signing in.
Awards: First prize $300 · Second prize $100 · Four third prizes of $50 each. Both submission methods receive the same review.
Submission Options
Choose the official form with Google sign-in or the no-sign-in email option. Both routes receive the same review.
The image upload in Google Forms requires Google sign-in. One application covers one artwork.
Prepare one to three clear images of the same artwork. Phone photos are welcome.
Send the required information with one to three clear images of one artwork to contact@ddans.org.
Keep the sent email as your submission record. DDANS will contact you if anything is missing.
What to Prepare
Prepare these items before opening the form or your email app. A short artist introduction is required.
Privacy and consent
DDANS Foundation manages submissions for contest review, applicant contact, and related exhibition administration. Do not send medical records, an exact birth date, or a full address. Data will be deleted or anonymized by March 31, 2028; correction or earlier deletion may be requested at any time.
